It somehow does not worsen the poor design of this late 80s/early 90s GM. It doesn't improve it, but it doesn't worsen it either.

I usually use a brass bristle brush with a short handle to scrub off corrosion from the brake rotor and the inside of the wheel. I like it because it can live in my tool bag.
