Re: Let's play Name That Car
Thanks for all the E Type info BB. I can very well see the 2+2 proportions now. Same effect as the Datsun Fairlady Z cars... the 2+2 looked... strange, like you can't put your finger on it but somethin'... ain't... right.

Re: Let's play Name That Car
Oh, I came here just to post this same mystery car! Who decided it was smart to leave these parked outside with a hurricane coming? Story gets stranger. Both the Super Bird and the Dodge were inside. Seems this poor fellow owns four (4) winged Chrysler products from the heyday of weirdness in NASCA...

Re: What non automotive projects and repairs are you doing?
I competed the 2.5 year project of painting our house and replacing roof trim and siding under the eves. The last part finished was above the garage door where you can see the change. Re: Tire wear- 2006 XC70
Perished lower control arm bushings are a common cause of this problem. In a static setting the alignment may be fine, but when driving the worn bushings allow a lot of deflection and can cause cupping or edge wear.

Cyan P1800-ish hot rod
Two stories, one an editorial, the other is from Cyan actually letting a Hot Rod guy drive the car. 037-cyan-volvo-p1800-wes-allison.jpg 7700 redline, 450 HP in a 2100 lb car, speedo is gauged to 270 Km/H. The factory guy laughed at the writer for shifting too soon. https://www.motortrend.com/review...
