Do you have a whining sound? How long did the “flaring” go on? Might be you smoked that clutch pack and pump is beginning to whine because the filter got clogged. Sounds bad, like a brokrn hard part

If it went out after the extra chemicals you put in id do a complete drain and fill. Then another and maybe another. Not all additives are good for our cars. Change filter of course. Does it feel like its going into gear but still does nothing?

I'd say you need a new PNP switch Mr Galt.. I just replaced mine on my 2004 V70 R.. showed the same message and acted like it was in winter mode. I'd get one from Volvo if it was me... That's what I did..MDK

Hey man i have the EXACT same issue. Still trying to narrow down the source of the problem Now. First off. your CEM1A64 code is likely due to the DEM not being the correct one for the car. That can be fixed by putting in the orignal DEM. DEM-000B and BCM-0095 should be the only other 2 codes at that...

You will have to reconnect the tensioners to the wiring to keep SRS off. Also all that has to be done with the battery disconnected
