The network on these cars goes at sleep indeed exactly 10 min (by the second) after not touching anything. See as above, may leave a front window down (passenger one is closer) and listen

The current draw is about 8mA for this fan as the coil is tiny. There's a function in Vida which looks at the current draw to ascertain if it's operational.

Also low oil level, the solenoid runs off oil pressure .
