For the past 2/3 years I've been having this noise and vibration coming from my car, its been getting progressively worse as time passes by, and I think the the main bearings might be the culprit.

That will not hurt. The disc will polish that area with use. Are the dowels and clutch cover bolt holes all in correct places?


I'm still waiting for my new clutch to arrive but from what I've read online I think the bolt pattern is the same. So the groves don't matter? I can catch my fingernail ...

I'd be really curious as to where that wire set leads. I have not seen a connector like that used on any Volvo. Do you find the double scratch marks where that was stuck on the edge of some metal member like the core support leading to the hood latches? It isn't three wires so it is not a ...

Recently while changing the air filter on my 97'V90 I pulled a cable out with this pink conector on the end, I spend a good hour trying to figure out where it plugs in and got nothing. Any help would be apreciated!
