Simply unplugging the siren module worked for me (error message gone, moonroof working again). 2006 XC70. The only thing I would add is that drilling out the rivets wasn't so simple in my case because they just kept spinning in place. I had to use pliers and brute force to pull them out. Otherwise, ...

How did I get the electrical connection off of the top of the pump when its still in the car --i have everything exposed and can't seem to find the solution to removal of this part--Just put a new rad in my 2006 XC70 yesterday and have few more projects -the engine is running rough and stalling so ...

Hi goldxc70, Did you find that the long suction line was loose? Should it be attached to something? I am looking inside my drivers side port and see that mine is not attached to anything. Thanks for the ideas. Sounds like the issue is likely inside the tank. I'm assuming this will be an expensive repair no matter what the actual issue is...and there will be some on-the-fly diagnosis necessary once you get into the tank. How difficult is this repair? Should I consider tackling this my...
