The dog taxi has to be maintained as we are getting 2 more rescue golden girls to bring our stable to 4 furbabies.

I need some help for the "dog taxi." The ACC quit last Sunday. No fan no nada. Upon starting the car when car is cold, there are 2 lights flashing orange in the ACC system. One is the recyle button.
Any ideas?

The :dog taxi" is a 2000 V70 with about 175K on it.
