I can't drop my seats!
So, attempted to buy some plywood, was going to impress my sedan friends with my longroofs ability to carry cargo and.... One of my rear seats doesn't drop. I've no idea how to even go about fixing this. Any thoughts? Does anyone know how this mechanism works?
Many thanks!

Re: Seems slow/sluggish after tune? (w/ pics)
I did ask, target for boost is 12psi.
Funny enough, my last few vehicles have been Jeep Wranglers so this feels fast

Re: Seems slow/sluggish after tune? (w/ pics)
That's what I had been reading. Pierburg is on order, should take a week or two. I've plugged the faulty TCV back in to ensure boost stays at 3-4psi. Any risk driving it with low boost pressure?

Re: Seems slow/sluggish after tune? (w/ pics)
Well! That worked out. Unplugged the yellow (wastegate) line from TCV, eased into throttle on my side road....yep, happily builds boost. One on order now! That was quite easy, just needed a boost gauge!

Re: Seems slow/sluggish after tune? (w/ pics)
So, installed boost gauge as per Pete's suggestion... I'm suspecting CBV is toast. I replaced all the vac lines, she makes a solid -20inHg of vac. On acceleration, hits 4 or 5 psi and holds there, every gear. Not the best.

Towing with P2 Volvo
About to pack up the belongings and embark on a cross-continental trip with the '02 V70 XC... Thinking about renting a small cargo trailer to carry all the belongings. Anything that should be a concern to check prior to taking off? How do the transmissions deal with the heat from it? Does anyone hav...

Hose is replaced, she is much happier now! Was a bit of a pain getting new one on there... Hidden right in the back of engine.

Stage zero is complete, first thing I did when I got the car! Did not notice that the intake hose on the turbo had disintegrated.
