The repair was finished after finding fuel safe silicon fuel hose to use as the pipe joiner.. This has worked perfectly and the car sails through mot inspection... I used cv boot clips to secure the pipe in place and it looks intentional and factory standard.. No leaks and it is still holding strong..

In that case is there a way to stop the depleted leisure battery from flattening the car battery?
Without having to throw a switch or something everytime I stop the car?
I figure someone has done something before like this being such a versatile vehicle

I looked into that when the siren module was toast. It seems to wire into everything.. I talked to a few professional alarm installers also and they said just pull the fuse and leave in place as it is neigh on Impossible to remove without causing all sorts of electrical gremlins. I've always removed locking nut first and obviously don't torque it, unfortunately my car

Yes this is exactly my problem when I come to remove them they won't bxxxxy move 😂 I did the lock nut up hand tight then a gentle 8th turn with the bar and trying to remover them have sheared the lock key 🔩 🗝...
