Sorry to overpost yesterday. Was kind of freaking out.. cooled down and collected my thoughts. So I borrowed the tool to lock the cams.. but it’s the short version, doesn’t have the extensions I see on some of the options online. Does anybody know if the 06 S80 requires the extensions? I’m not sure ...

I backed the cams back.. intake VVT is smooth currently resting at TDC at full stop.. Exhaust is very rough, resting at TDC not quite at full stop. Anybody care to chime in?
