So despite what I read I bought a set of FEQ axles from FCP. Passenger side axle was a snap. Then to the driver side. Everything was going fine. You can try the contact cleaner, but if the relay it old it seems to be the popular thing to just replace it. If anything it would rule out the relay if the problem continues. It's not too expensive at FCP ($45 ...

If it has not already been stated I would recommend having the car inspected before you purchase. Volvos tend to run rather well with worn or damaged parts that you won't notice when you go for a test drive.

I have sort of the same issue, but I didn't see it correlating to how much fuel I had in the tank. Just every once in a while while driving the engine would cut out and start back up 30 seconds later.

94 850 turbo Oil Cooler Line routing.

In a fury of weekend maintenance I pulled out the oil cooler line that goes to the bottom of the the radiator without taking note of how it was routed. It's either under or over the A/C condensor hoses. Not sure it it works both ways, but I'd like to route it the correct way before putting that pain ...
