Sorry, had a brain fart there...I wrote that last reply before my first cup of coffee. It has rear wheel speed sensors for the ABS brakes, not AWD.
Good luck!

I can't watch Car Wizard anymore. Everything is doom and gloom, you need everything done, it's going to cost you $10,000, etc.

Re: ABS light 2006 S60 S80
"...back ABS sensors..." so this is AWD. That could bring in issues with the differential electronic module (DEM) which is also notorious for corrosion and failure in old model cars. (I'm pretty sure a DEM failure will set the anti-skid message, but again not certain) I'm with Vova585 on t...

Re: ABS light 2006 S60 S80
It would be best to see what trouble codes are stored. But a common problem on these (old) axles is that the tone ring will rust and break, causing a bad signal to the ABS system. You can inspect the tone ring through the wheel speed sensor hole. Just remove the wheel and wheel speed sensor, shine a...

Re: Fuel delivery problem 2006 V70 ... Help
Do you know what trouble codes were stored? Do you have Vida/DICE to diagnose? If you think it really is a fuel delivery problem, I would start with the fuel rail pressure. I don't know if your engine has regulated fuel pressure via a fuel pump control module -- if so the rail pressure should typica...

Re: 04 V70R M66 AWD Front Right Axle
Great news! IPD has come out with this axle that they had commissioned specifically to fill the void left by Volvo.

Re: 04 V70R M66 AWD Front Right Axle
😀😀😀 Is that axle a tube vs solid on the R font weight reduction? I’ve never seen an axle snap like that. Is that awd m66 ftom Canada or is it a conversion? We didn’t get awd m66 in the States TTBOMK Wow, I've never heard that M66 AWD were not available in the US. Vehicle history shows its entire li...

04 V70R M66 AWD Front Right Axle
When your CV axle is made from 100% pure unobtainium, this is the last thing you want to see. Yes, this is the dreaded front right axle from an '04 V70R M66 AWD. The only axle I could find (period) that might work is the Trakmotive VO-8041, despite unclear fitment information. I'm going to give that...

Re: DTC 4801 - Intermittent, and rough running, but NO OTHER CODES!
Intermittent problems are terrible, and VERY intermittent problems are the worst. Having Vida at the ready when it happens is a great idea. But I would recommend running a graph, not just data display. You could easily miss an intermittent sensor problem trying to look at just the current value. Don...
