i have been informed by my local dealer that a used abs module will not work on my s80 t6 1999. they say it has to be a new unit as it has to be programmed and a used unit cant be reprogrammed. does this apply to all s80 t6 geartronic models ? or were the reprogrammable abs units not introduced till...

hi all, can anyone tell me if the dtc abs code have to be cleared for the system to work after soldering repair? my display in the left hand dash window says "abs dtc set" this i assume means it needs to be read and cleared by the volvo dealer. since doing the solder repair, my abs red war...

thanks for getting back to me with that. if that is normal, then its back to the drawing board for me, blast!!! thought i was onto the problem there. i only have one forward working gear on either drive or manual. flat out all 272 horses take me to my maximum top speed of.........yes,,,,wait for it....

i have read on my vadis dvd that my geartronic s80 should not be possible to move lever into neutral whilst in drive, doing above 10mph or more.
