Boy do I feel stupid. I know that I should have checked for that but never looked when the engine is running when it was hot. I will check it out and let you know the next time that happens. I appreciate the feedback. If it had a recall would it still be covered?

I have a strange occurrence on my 2002 T6 with about 80k miles. It will suddenly overheat usually after it has been run and then parked, restarted and the warning message comes up and the temp gauge is pegged. When I look at the filler bottle the coolant is boiling. First thought is a bad thermostat ...

Thanks. Sounds like I will need to remove the headliner. I was hoping I might get lucky.

Is there a way to tighten the bolts in the sunroof without removing the headliner? Mine rattles when opened and I can move it up and down. the good news is now that it has come loose it does not leak in the car wash.
