recently bought a 2008 V70 3.2 and I am suspecting the transmission mount is going bad, which I believe sits under the battery box.

I had the same issue with Meyle control arm bushings going bad in the second year after replacing them. I now have Lemforder bushings pressed in.

So I had time to check into the codes and here is what I got.

P0700
P0740 torque convertor clutch solenoid circuit.

The fluid was pretty dark so before I drive it again I will drain and fill the fluid and hope that it takes care of the issue.

My friend with Vida was able to clear the Airbag ...

In my opinion the VVT ones are easier to work on than the non VVT. 98 and previous the cams seems to want to move around more.

Can the front cv axle be removed by disconnecting the strut from the knuckle and the upper stabilizer link? I don't want to mess with removing the ball joint or tie rod if not necessary.
