Replacing Damaged Tire on AWD XC70
I have a 2004 XC70 and have a damaged tire. This is my first AWD vehicle and I have read that there are issues with making sure all tires are matched. I bought the car used and the spare is not the same manufacturer and type of tire that are on the rest of the car. I have not been able to find what ...

Re: 1999 V70, Radiator Replacement
Well, I was successful replacing the radiator although it wasn't pretty. Most of the bolts were rusted out, even with PB Blaster, they were a pain and several snapped. I made due from the hardware store and the local NAPA autoparts. I called the dealer, but of course they don't stock that type of st...

1999 V70, Radiator Replacement
I have a '99 V70, manual transmission, non-turbo, that I need to replace the radiator on. Does anyone have instructions for this? I saw another thread with instruction for an '02 Turbo, but was hoping for more relevant instructions. Do I need any special tools for this? Does this AC connect to the m...

Re: 1999 V70 Which engine
This is a North American car.
I turned the key to position II and ETS came up.
I believe that the Denso is correct as I was looking at a wiring diagram and found the 2 O2 sensors are both 4 wires, which it showed on the diagram.
Thanks for the help.

'99 V70 OBDII error codes
I hooked up an INNOVA 3100 OBDII code reader and got several generic error codes.
P0300
P0135 - O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0136 - O2 sensor circuit malfunction (bank 1 Sensor 2)
There are two sensors on the car, is there a way to diagnose which is throwing the error.

1999 V70 Which engine
I have a 1999 V70 and the VIN starts YV1LW55A9X. I looked online and it looks like there are 2 different engines listed for the "55", B5254FS MOT 4.4, B5254S DENSO. How do I know which engine I have?
