For my 07' v70 with 5 speed. When putting shifter in reverse, sometimes I have to slowly engage the clutch a little for it to drop into reverse.
Is there an adjustment on the shifter or transmission. The linkage on the transmission does not bind and everything is lubricated and shifts ...

I should have said there is no secondary replaceable filter outside of the fuel tank.

Called another dealer. I have a California emission car with a steel tank. Bought new in Connecticut.
There is no filter, just a stainer in the fuel pump.

I can tell you the fuel filter is not located on the passenger side before the rear wheel (like my 96' 850)
Volvo says I have one because to the vin#.
Any help?

I have the same problem in the same area. What I found was water was getting in where the seal butts together. I took the glass out and pulled off the seal and a lot of water came out. The water was running in the edge that the metal lip slides into and dripping out on the passenger side.

Problem solved.
I positioned the sunroof in its proper position, took the motor out,
turned the motor on to cycle open-closed. Only one problem, the motor does not have the limit stops so the motor will continue to run as long as you have power.
It was a good idea.
