Passenger seat is stuck at far forward position, Manual says no fuses to check; seat controls are dead; no buzz, no hum.
Looking for help to diagnose whether problem is electical, or is a case of
the "infamous" rear seat drive cable, which is described in several postings.

Any hints on how to retrieve the string that actuates the manual fuel filler door on a 99 C70? It has come detached from its usual spot inside the access panel in the trunk. Can't see it, can't find it. Any hints?
