The 3 radio knobs (fader; bass/treble; balance) were cracked when I bought the car. Are these possible to replace and if so, where can I get them from?

Also, where can I get headlight wiper blades? My left headlight blade is ripped and I think as a result ...

I have a used 99 S80 - just purchased 6/04 w/50k. Had to return it to selling dealer w/in 3 days due to Emissions System Service Required message coming on as well as check engine light. Dealer took to Volvo shop for repairs.
