I know it's an old topic but there is a solution to the headlights shaking when going over bumps! There is also a Service Bulletin from HELLA & VOLVO. Unfortunately, I don't have VOLVO's SB that included the part number!

Keep in mind that all car brands no longer want us to remove components from damaged cars and install them on other cars. Even a simple window switch contains a PROM chip which communicates in the Lin-Bus network with the main computer and cannot be reprogrammed on another car, if your window switch...

I installed and painted the reversing sensors on the rear bumper of my S70. The original VOLVO kit was bought many years ago, so it's a great achievement

On my '98 S70, I installed the original (Japanese market) Volvo electric folding mirrors. Obviously I had to change the opening angle (somewhat complicated) and add the electrical circuit (very easy). A very cool option in 1998!

The color code for a beige interior on a V/S70R is 3866.
I bought 2 bottom seat skin (part# 9424470) about 8 years ago and at that time the backrest seat skin was NLA. The truth is that I managed to buy new parts that were long time NLA.. Good luck!

I got tired of replacing the door safety lamps because of the broken spring tabs. I reinforced them with Gorilla Glue and... I think it's over now!

From what I know the only problem is the heat shield! The old heat shield does not match the new R manifold!

They do not change the product assembly line specs. Totally different assembly lines, one can be in Slovak Republic another can be in Mexico. Like your S70... one was born in Sweden at Kalmar Plant (yours!!), other was born in Belgium at Ghent (same car different specs & quality). FYI: your FCP ...
