ECM 5000 2009 S60

2009 S60, hard hot starting and tach spikes while cranking

The reader says ECM 5000, engine speed sensor.

I am confused with the descriptions between engine speed sensor vs crankshaft position sensor and camshaft speed sensor and camshaft position sensor. Also which one this code is primarily ...

Re: Air Coming from Vents After Car Turned Off

Who knows, not thinks, not guesses, not maybe, where a VIDA device is for sale that can turn on/off, adjust the afterblow function on an 09 S60?
The blower motor resistor is already changed, the charging system 100%, no other parasitic drain.
Been using deep cycle batteries designed for this type of ...

09 S60 seat part numbers

Trying to find part number for the seat parts for my make and model. I need the passenger seat plastic trim piece on the outer side that holds the electric seat controls. Piece color is oak I think but beggars can't be choosers. I'm pretty sure it is #17 in the diagram in the link. The website shows ...

Re: 2002 s60 rear sunroof drains

Did you ever find a solution, other than parking nose down on a steep hill, for the incomplete design of the sunroof pan? Just had the same issue from our torrential rain here in Texas.

Re: 09 S60 rear sunroof drains and headliner

All trouble shooting of drains already completed. Front drains already done. Leak is coming from drivers side rear drain, hence the need to drop headliner.
Thanks though.

09 S60 rear sunroof drains and headliner

Trying with no luck to find any tutorials relating to rear sunroof drains and or how to remove or drop the headliner far enough to gain access to these rear drains. Does anyone know a location for either of these. Thanks in advance.

Re: 09 S60 subframe bushing inserts

Thanks for the replies. I should have added that the control arms, upper strut mounts and spring seats, balljoints, tie rods and HD end links, and engine mounts have all been replaced. This was the planned last step to return the front end to a new OEM state.

Any additional input appreciated on the ...

09 S60 subframe bushing inserts

If already posted, sorry for repeating.

Anyway, bought IPD subframe bushing inserts in anticipation of needing them to reinforce/renew my S60. It has 80k miles and obviously 9 years on it and I was expecting some degree of deterioration of the original bushings. Upon inspection the original ...
