WELL I do have Crappy MPG according to the other Volvo guys I hand out with. For me 14MPG is a GOOD day. recently I started to get 20MPG.... don't know why...

honestly anything in the fuel system can leak, I've seen leaking injector seals, leaking FLR, leaking Fuel rails, torn lines, leaking fuel filters... etc etc etc. honestly your just going to have to get under the car and follow the lines all the way forward.

Also make sure to check the "check ...

Put a Lucas in the oil. problem solved. I've had 3 Volvos with bad lifter ticks fixed with the Lucas.

Some people hate the crap, but I put it in everything and it has never failed me.

check the plugs. I had one of the cables push back out of the plug and my ECC wouldn't power up. I pushed it back in and BAM ECC worked.

probably the motor for the lock. just going to have to look at the lock assembly and see how it drops in.

It probably has a slight silicone type coating on it and with the heat where you stored it, melted. should be able to clean with paint thinner.

well I decided I'm going to swap 1 part a week until i figure it out.


last week I did the CBV, and hot side from the turbo. (made sure the Waste gate) wasn't leaking....
I also replaced ALLLLLL the Vac lines from the turbo and the vac tree.

made no change....


so Today i pulled me intercooler ...

BTW I didn't have any oil leaks until about 2 weeks ago. I have started to leak from what looks like the front crank seal (rear main seal was replaced before I got the car). And has new cam seals. New oil cooler lines, only old seal is that one so it figures it would fail next.

Car has a BNIB TPS ...
