Re: Rocker Switch Bulb Honda Part Number
I posted a DIY while back on the VS to replace the bulbs individually instead of buying the whole bulb assembly. It required a little bit of work, but nothing to hard. This is a great cheap alternative to buying the whole bulb assembly individually. Hope it helps someone. volvospeed.com/vs_forum/top...

Re: Help: No Start/Dashlights on after key removed
Do you think the ignition switch can cause the OBD2 code reader port not to work also? I tried to read the check engine light code but got an error message. I know the code reader works because I tried it on my other Volvo. I also checked the #15 fuse and its fine too.

Help: No Start/Dashlights on after key removed
All the sudden my 1997 850 GLT wont start and the dash lights stay on for about 3 minutes after removing the keys. The fuel and fuel relay is fine, I checked by depressing the valve under the blue cover on the fuel rail. I also there is no spark at the spark plug, but the ignition coil and distribut...

Turbo Control Valve (TCV) Question
Anyone know if a 1998 V70 GLT Turbo Boost Control Valve work (TCV) in a 1997 850 GLT? The 850 has all three vacuum ports on one end compared to the 1998 V70 that has a vacuum port out each end, and one out the side. Are these two interchangeable?

Re: Oil Cooler Hose Replacement
Definitely go through the passenger side wheel well, that's the easiest way to get to the oil thermostat housing. I replaced my upper oil cooler line this past weekend and removing the oil thermostat gives you more room to remove the T30 Torx screw that holds the two oil line ends in the oil thermos...

Re: Another A/C question
Thanks for your quick replies, I already tried blowing some air into the interior air vent by the sunroof switch, but it didn't stop the flashing. I'm going to call the Volvo dealer tomorrow to see how much they charge to read the codes. I curious of those who had their codes read by the dealer, how ...

Another A/C question
Can low A/C freon level cause code to be stored in the climate control unit? My A/C and REC LED's are blinking and wondering it could be the low level freon. Everything seems to be in working condition with the A/C just blinks upon start up.
