My son just pulled his blower fan and a bunch of water (not coolant BTW) came out. What does he need to fix?

It's right at the inside edge of gears and that edge is getting slightly fuzzy. There's no wobble of the belt. There is a small wobble of the tensioner indicator (maybe 1/8").

Also if I gun it and let off it kills.

Yes it is normal. But if you are getting codes, I don't believe you have timed it right. You also didn't say if you correctly timed the VVT hub(or hubs). I think it is timed correctly. I was thinking the VVT pulleys needed to be turned fully clockwise to the end of rotation (with cams locked) before the belt goes back on. Is this incorrect?
