Not sure if this will work on your aplication but with my 01 v70 t5 I had the same issue with an aftermarket DP. Volvo has a 6" extension harness for the rear O2 sensor. Was only $10-15.

Have you verified that the AWD is working correctly? Sounds like there is no torque going to the rear wheels and what you are experiencing is run of the mill torque steer that was being masked by the out of spec alignment.

You should replace the filler cap gasket with IPD's HD gasket. I don't know why but for some reason these cars like to leak oil from the filler neck. I wouldn't think that you would have a leak at the base of the neck though.
