Currently own a 1994 850 base would any of you recommend this car as my next Volvo?

Up until recently i had speeds 1-3 and no 4 i replaced the relay for the high speed and it worked for a day, i am fine with out it. I now have lost all 3 lower speeds is there a way to test the resistor or is thi te only thing it can be? I did hook the motor up to a 12 volt source and it works fine....

found a 314 code on a6 position found the electrical connector corroded and cleaned and used some contact grease on it and all is good. Now all i have to do is fix the ac compressor.

lossend the tensioner and motor fired up, replaced belt but has to remove both ecm's got belt installed but now turns over great tries to start but seems like somethings off last time i had moisture in the dist cap it took a bit to start could this be same thing???

That is what i plan on doing first thing tomorrow morning.

one more thing of note that when i crank the motor over all accessories (alternator, power steering and idler pulley) are turning as motor cranks what i did notice is that the belt is just sliding around the ac compresor pulley could that be causing my slow cranking and keeping it from starting???? ...

Could it be starter related like its going bad and not cranking the motor over fast enough. Cause it souds like a bad battery but as i have said i checked it and i had it load checked at the APS (autoparts store)

I eneded up changing the oil and it passed. I have heard that befor that the oil can cause a false failure. So now i change it right before i go there.
