I have the same issue...cleaned both the nipple and hose with brake cleaner and scuffed the nipple with sand paper..put back on with a strong zip tie (can never get an oetiker tool quite right in there and worm hose clamps seem to work their way off)..stays put now!

Just let the ecu to complete it's driving cycle and to notice that sas system is missing....it will come back,trust me. There is a metal bracket on the drivers side of the head that commonly gets erroneously placed between the manifold and gasket causing a vac. leak...check this. It is the bracket that holds the large PCV line. nonthing should go between the manifold and head except the gasket

Just do the delete..I have done it. NO codes, Passed emissions.. both OBDII and tailpipe test. eliminates 100s of dollars worth of pointless parts and never ending DTCs..Takes @ 5 minutes.
