My sunroof is rattling too, although with the shade closed its barely audible. I took off the plastic liner on each side and tightened the 4 torx bolts (which were already pretty tight). A little update. I got the oil return pipe oring and gasket installed yesterday. I am now leak free. The old pipe had no gasket on it. Cant believe it wasnt leaking from there. Did a nice hard drive today and everything looks good. What a pain in the ass though. Thanks for all the info.

I def have an external oil leak. There is oil on the bottom of the oil pan. The return line pipe on the drivers side is black instead of the silver color as it is covered in oil.

I am questioning if it is the pcv system because as I said there doesnt seem to be any pressure pushing the oil out. Is there another place I should be looking for a pretty bad oil leak?

I checked to see if there was pressure at the oil cap and fill tube and there was not so now I dont know what it could be. Any help would be great.
