I have a 2002 S80 non-turbo and it has a vacuum pump. I suspect the Turbo models have to have some alternative vacuum source since the turbo engine never produces engine vacuum due to the turbo creating positive pressure in the manifold.

Update: to be sure, all fuses are good except the siren fuse. Reading elsewhere, people had luck pulling the siren fuse and then the sunroof would operate. However, mine is blown, and removed, and sunroof does not work.

I'll try unplugging the harness for the alarm, replacing the fuse and seeing if ...
