I've had this car for almost 10 years, bought it in 2007 with 45k on it for $16k, drove the PISS out of it for all these years (currently 249k), wonderful musician's car (I'm a musician, drrr), then on the way from one gig to another a few months ago, very suddenly it began ...

SO yes, once again I'm back with heinously stupid questions!

Today I'm asking about lubricating the sunroof slides on my 2003 V70 2.4T with 230K on it.

I've replaced the side fans which appears to have made the sliding a bit tougher, so I get that clikkity-clacking that you get when the thing ...

Is there a tutorial for this, and is it as insane as I've heard it described...?
