I have the same year, same model, same engine, same code. How did you figure out that the leak was coming from the oil trap?

That's the thing...I've had the car since day one and have always taken care of it..regular oil changes, filter changes, etc. For the past 3 years I've changed the oil myself every 5,000 miles. Yet, I still have significant oil consumption - 1qt every 1000-1500 miles. There's no puddles of oil anywh...

Guys, I love the spirited discussion, but I still don't know EXACTLY how to get this into the intake on the 2.5t. I've never used it before, and I for sure won't, unless I know precisely which hose to put this stuff into.

I've had this problem for a while, but worse, losing 1 qt every 1000-1500 miles. I go through another 5qt jug before I get to the next oil change. I had PCV service done because the hose on the crankcase had ruptured. After PCV service, same oil consumption. I am now using Quaker State Defy HM 10W-3...

Has anyone used Seafoam in their 2.5t? If so, can you explain or post pics on where I should pour the seafoam into the intake?
