It was NOT the high pressure switch. After lots of troubleshooting we discovered it was the clutch.

When the compressor cut off, I tapped the clutch with a very large screwdriver and it popped right in. Ran up the RPM and the compressor quit. Back to idle, tapped the clutch and cooling again.
