The front fog lights don't work on my 2000 S70.

I have checked:
1) Both bulbs are good. Filaments are intact
2) Headlights work
3) Green indicator light on Fog Light Switch on Dash works
4) Fuse #17 (Fog Lights) is good

I haven't checked:
1) Voltage at the bulb sockets
2) Listened for "click" of ...

All the same switch and there are no relays. If the horns test good individually then the problem must be in the wiring harness or, more likely, one of the connectors.

Does the S70/850 have individual relays for each of the two horns in front of the radiator?

Symptom: Only the driver's side horn works when I press the buttons on the steering wheel. The passenger side horn does not make a sound.

I am just about to embark on this repair with my SMI rack. I'll try to remember to take pictures and document (in case the SMI rack has significant differences).

You can buy them from IPD or eEuroparts or just search the "part number"+ "Volvo" on google and you will find it.
