My Mom drives a 98 S70 and has had issues getting the car from park into Drive. The only way she can get the car into drive is by the shift override. Any ideas on why this car is doing this, could it be the PNP switch?

I replaced the ABS module which got rid of the ABS lights, thanks for the rebuilt module by the way Matt it works great. The car stopped flashing the shift light for about a week, but will come back on periodically. You also recommended changing the PNP switch, is that an easy fix?

My 98 S70 glt keeps shifting between W and E drving modes at a one second interval. The TRACS and ABS lights are also on. Does this car need a new ABS module and could the module be the issue with the transmission?

I am having a similar problem. My 98 S70 keeps shifting between Winter and Economy at one second intervals. My ABS and TRACS lights are also on.
