The teflon washers silence any movement noise from the subframe bushings. Remove the subframe bolts and discard them. Fuse 17 is the power feed to the coils, the green/white wire.You most likely pinched the wire under a coil bolt.

There is no extended warranty for this repair, but the parts are cheap. Make sure they install the teflon spacer washers and new sub frame bolts when they install the o-rings.
