i have al the marks lined tried starting engine turn over but still no start ,i am still at a stand still...lol

i did a head gasket replacement,both cam sproket was remove ,,i have been doing a lot of reading on this but its still beating me i think i kinda need some step by step instruction i tried making a cam lock tool but i am not sure where the the cams supose to be aling,i am determine to do this projec...
