Finally solved ! replaced starter and now starts properly ! Starter did crank at what seemed normal cranking speed ! It finally stopped cranking at gas station, but thumped it with long prybar and it started once more !

Little pry bar !!! NOT, had to use one 4 foot long.
Made 3 custom tools each one of heavier metal than the last.

Hi, Pump finally changed ! Had to use big prybar and new release tool. Two problems. Return fitting came apart and not able to re-assemble. Finally cut it off and used f I hose and clamps. No leaks and runs great ! Also gage now reads extremely WRONG. The plastic release for the return was worn thru...

Made an excellent tool, itlifts the plastic piece fully up, but I still cannot release the fuel lines

Thanks for all the help ! Will make a new tool tomorrow and have another go at it. I think first tool was too thin. Auto parts stores had NOTHING that would get under fitting . Been trying for 3.days to release lines. Maybe I am not strong enough to pull line off.

Does it have codes stored or pending? VST [ VOLVO SCAN TOOL ] Shows no codes . Going to remove upper dash and instrument cluster to gain access to what I suspect is the Immobilizer module. IF S70 does not start with it unplugged, I will do the same to V70 and swap modules to see what happens. V70 s...
