Hit a big pot hole and bent my oem steel 15x6.5 base model wheel. Looking for something to replace it with as cheap as possible.
Thanks.

Re: Coolant temperature always reads warm
Hooked up a scangauge and it's showing proper operating temperature from the ECT, reads from cold and warms up to the thermostat opening at 190F, so the sensor looks like its reporting OK to the ECU. Seems to be a connection issue behind the cluster, see video. Still not sure why the gauge shows 3 o...

Re: Coolant temperature always reads warm
Yep goes right to 3 o clock with the sensor unplugged. Sounds like I need to pull the cluster and start checking wires, fun

Re: Coolant temperature always reads warm
Connections looked brand new on both ends, but I cleaned it out with some alcohol and qtips while I had the sensor off. Both sensors are OEM volvo.

Coolant temperature always reads warm
So about a week ago I noticed the coolant temp was reading warm (3 oclock position) right away on a cold engine. I can let the car sit overnight and as soon as I put the key in, it runs right up to normal running temp without starting the engine. Thought this was the ECT sensor and I had a leaky rad...

Re: Does this look like I need to replace the radiator?
Seems to be seeping out between the plastic and metal portions. Top hose is sealed up. Will I need a new bottom hose as well or just the top one? Was going with the nissens brand radiator from fcp.

Does this look like I need to replace the radiator?
My research says this is a common leak on 850s. Going to be ordering a new rad and transmission clips now I guess...

Re: 1995 850 Idle stumbles and wants to stall, couple codes
You have to backprobe the sensor while it's still connected. To do this, I pulled the rubber cover back on the connector and stuck two small nails into the wires of pins 2 and 4. Read the voltage between them while car is idling. Should be around 1-1.5 volts. When you open the throttle, it should in...

Re: 1995 850 Idle stumbles and wants to stall, couple codes
Problem came back, tested the maf and it was reading a flat voltage not even responding to throttle changes. Replaced it and all is well now.
