Glad we figured it out! I guess some S70's do have the extra pulley. We had a volvo shop mechanic look it up on their online manual and it showed the 6 pulleys. Since we knew that was not correct, he looked it up by the engine # and then found the correct routing. All I can think of is that certain ...

Hi! Thanks for the help. I too looked and only see 5 pulleys that's with the tensioner. ??? The car does have AC as well.
