the odd thing is that it can only be heard when it get about 70 degrees and lower outside. When the outside temp is higher the noise isn't heard. which would lead me towards a bushing or spring seat.

Do you know the purpose of the teflon spacers? Would a dealership normally stock these? Any chance you know the part number? I am going to do the installation myself.

service bulletin - software update
if there is service bulletin for software updates will the dealership typically perform the updates at no charge? I have an 05 xc90 v8 and was wondering if I go to the dealership and ask them to check for any software updates needed. My xc90 does some odd things with the seat memory.

2005 xc90 subframe bushing oring
I am having some creaking or rubbing noise from the front suspension when I hit a bump and realy only when I hit a bump. It seems to fit the description of needing to add the bushing orings. Since this seems to be a fix to an issue after the original design and sale of the vehicle will a Volvo deale...

V8 Fuel Pressure Senor Replace Instructions
I have to replace the fuel pressure sensor on my 2005 XC90 V8. Where is it located, what do have to remove to replace it? Any one have photos or instructions?
