V8 Fuel Pressure Senor Replace Instructions
I have to replace the fuel pressure sensor on my 2005 XC90 V8. Where is it located, what do have to remove to replace it? Any one have photos or instructions?

You remove the upper intake with throttle. The throttle has two small diameter coolant hoses and the intake damper on the front end of engine has vacuum lines.
Cover intake ports once upper manifold is off.
The fuel pressure regulator is now visible. Be sure to counterhold the vessel the FPS is mounted to when loosening or tightening the screws so you do not break the fittings on the vessel.

Will much coolant be lost? Are the gaskets reusable?

Drain a gallon of coolant to be sure the coolant loop for throttle is dry.
Intake gaskets are reuseable as they are viton coated (black rubber stuff) metal.
The o ring for FPS comes on the part.
