Neither the low or high beam operate on the left/driver side. I have done the following.
1. Swapped the working bulb on the passenger side with driver side. Again, passenger side worked so both bulbs are good.
2. Checked the voltage in 17/18 under the hood.
3. Checked / swapped the fuses in 17/18 ...
