I guess it may also depend on where you live.....I'm in New England USA where road salt and grit cling to undercarriage parts like glue. Things tend to stay where they are if you know what I mean.

Take the cables off the battery and use some baking soda and a tooth brush to clean the terminals and in the clamps of the battery posts. Put the cables back on the battery and clamp them tight. Use some grease or corrosion inhibitor spray to coat the terminals

Use a 3 prong gear puller. PB blaster. Tap on the axle stub and around the flange. Wait. Use more PB blaster, crank on the 3 prong gear puller........ See where I'm going with this? ( see my last post )

So here's the end of the story. I opened took off the wheel, took the disc off and then used the 3 prong gear puller AGAIN, tap tap tapped around the hub, used plenty of PB BLASTER ( I should buy stock in the company ) tap tap tapped some more around the hub assembly, used more PB blaster , cranked ...

Rims wheels, fuel pump, headlights, tails, fan switch and motor, switches in general, all the sensors, ECM, RELAYS, just to name a few.....

I will try a little torch work next but from using the 3 prong puller it seems it should have released it a little. I know the boards have all the answers I could do a little more digging to find the answer but I have to say that direct answering is the best. I thank all of you for your kind insight...

I've soaked the heck out of the HUB in PBS blaster and nothing seems to work. Is their a circlip I missed that retains the axle into the hub/ wheel bearing? I will have pictures later I promise . I'm not trying to yank the cv from the transmission just the hub. To clarify, the hub is the knuckle wit...
