Re: 01 S60 T5 Timing Belt Tensioner Arm wobbles
Okay, maybe my procedure was wrong? I did this.. 1) had the tensioner around 11 o'clock 2) Loosely put on bolt 3) Put belt on 4) Moved the tensioner to around 7 o'clock 5) tightened bolt Anything wrong with the above? Could it be that the belt is off to the right of the sprocket (toward the engine) ...

01 S60 T5 Timing Belt Tensioner Arm wobbles
Hello everyone! I just finished replacing my head gasket, started the car up and it runs fine. Does the belt have to be perfectly centered on the cam sprockets, mine is flush to the right facing the engine. Also the tensioner arm wobbles back and forth while the car is on, should i be worried? Every...

Re: 01 S60 T5 Rusty Cylinder Walls
Alright, well I've cleaned the rust up a bit, looks fine. Do I just lube up the cams with regular oil or is there something more appropriate?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: 01 S60 T5 Rusty Cylinder Walls HELP!
Would it be wise for me to just turn the engine until the piston is in its lowest position and scrub the horrid rust away, or am I going to have to pull the pistons out ?

Re: 2001 S60 T5- Engine Serial Number Confusion
Hello Everyone ! I have spoken to FCP and have order the correct parts, and also have bought the special volvo tools to complete the job but i have a few questions. Re: 2001 S60 Coolant Flush After Radiator Leaked ATF
No bubbles in coolant, even when revving the engine. Sorry i mistyped my post, what i meant to write was that cylinder 2 had low compression. I'm not sure if the other cylinders have normal compression because i don't know what "normal" is for the engine, but i tested all the cylinders the...

Re: 2001 S60 Coolant Flush After Radiator Leaked ATF
good compression means all cylinders have similar numbers. cyl 2 seems to have a leak I'm not an expert, so i'm sorry if i'm asking too many questions, but with the following information i posted above, Does cylinder 2's low compression imply a blown headgasket, or can i comfortably buy a new oil c...
