I'm not getting fuel to the fuel rail. I popped the relay out, removed the cover, put it back in, and turned the key. The relay contacts moved together. My question is, does the relay alter the voltage to the pump? Is it possible for the relay contacts to work but the relay doesn't put out enough ...

The driver's window on my 95 850 GLT is stuck in the down position. When I press the switch I hear it click (like a solenoid) but it doesn't move. Would shooting it with WD-40 (to clean) ruin it? Any help would be appreciated, if only to get it back up until I can work on replacing it.
