I recently bought an 02 registered (03 model) v40t with approx 200000kms (approx 120,000 miles)
the car had been sat for a while before i got it.

I didn't notice the noise before as when i test drove it it was fine and with the swedish weather i had the blowers on full to clear the windows ...
