Perhaps by trying to clean the PCV you actually blocked it. The 130 psi is not healthy and should be between 200 and 210 for a healthy non turbo engine. That factor alone can cause excess blow-by into the crankcase however if it wasn't there to begin with.......

Thanks for the reply. I did do a wet compression test on the two cylinders that were low 130 # and it increased to almost 160 #. If the rings are worn would that cause pressure in the dipstick tube and the oil fill? I love the car but its not worth paying someone to rebuild the engine.
