By putting small amount of pb blaster in cylinder#2 and it drain down within 5 minutes

Got the P0402 code fix ,found the new intake manifold tree o-ring missing causing the code, but now I am having a slight engine miss and a lot of blowby: I think #2 cylinder could be the fault due to the low compression; what else can i use to get #2 piston rings unstuck from the piston groove??
