Thanks! I bought a set of LPG NGK plugs but also a set of standard NGK plugs for the 850. NGK plugs are seen by LPG enthusiasts as being very good. I'll try the Bosch ones if everything else fails. I had already fixed the airbox flap in the open position (by replacing the thermostat with a cork plug...

I wonder if these two problems are related. No engine error codes. Runs perfectly on unleaded 95. Replaced the accelerator position sensor and changed the spark plugs to NGK LPG Cleaned the RPM (crankcase) magnetic sensor.
