Just curious, the reason I'm changing the O2 sensor is because when I'm stopped I smell gasoline, mostly in the drivers side.
What's the difference between the front, back, upstream and downstream?
I will be changing the front one.

One more question. I will be replacing Oxygen sensor. Do i need to replace thermostat if it stays in the middle once warmed up the majority of the time? I does drop to the 1/4 mark after i've been on the highway.

Now i'm trying to replace the thermostat and i can't get to the second screw on the housing. This silver box is in the way.

Thanks for all the advice. I changed my ETC and the fuse last week. I think i will change the thermostat now.
How do i know if my temp sensor is out of range?

I have another question off topic. Where do you see the codes when you get a warning light that comes on?

Also, if I replace the Thermostat, what brand and part number, and how much would it be?
